Hi Friendly Souls,
The former installation of this project entitled WE ARE SHE was focused on photographing women, in an effort to bring together a sisterhood to realize that the body is beautiful, full stop, and because of the conviction I held that this project needed to be completed, I funded it myself in it’s entirety. In exchange for my efforts to provide a service that I believed in with everything I had in me, I was gifted the opportunity to understand the purpose of my life — a priceless gift.
Since that time, and having undergone 5 years of profound personal transformation, I understand the importance, power, and inexplicable value in the act of investing in yourself. In the beginning of 2023 during one of the darkest moments of my life, I chose to invest in myself — not in a way that was defined by mere survival ie food, shelter, etc. — but in a way that would support my SOUL and the continuation of my life, and what I learned, after having lived my previous 37 1/2 years in a state of lack and a severe misunderstanding of the energy of money — was that money is in fact energy, and when it’s used as an investment in oneself, then that act, and that ENERGY multiplies and is compounded ad infinitum. In other words, when we use money to invest in the evolution of our soul, we are rewarded with wave upon wave of support to do just that, in ways that defy logic and description.
Not only that, I also learned that money is profoundly stabilizing to both the investor and the one being invested in, as a means to honor the exchange that is agreed upon between both parties.
I share this with you, in hopes that you will consider this offering I am providing will ricochet in both directions — benefitting the both of us, throughout our lineages — in love, empowerment, and holistic healing.
